Serpentine, Western Australia, is our Spiritual Advisor.

Our foundation is named after the monastery where Ajahn Brahm is the Abbot, which in turn, is named after his teacher, the eminent Ajahn Chah (Chao Khun Bodhinyana Thera 1918 - 1992). In Pāli, bodhinyāna means "wisdom of enlightenment."

A surreal combination of a bodhi leaf and a lotus bud with a zen-inspired circle from within symbolizes enlightenment
and purity; emerald, color of the ocean, represents clarity: the ability to see the reality as it is.
